Black commitment project
Ahead of Black history month, Jordan Brand were getting ready to launch their global Black commitment campaign in several countries including the UK.
My brief was to write a brand story about visual artist Dreph and how Michael Jordan’s legacy impacted his art alongside Brixton and basketball.
To achieve a short and engaging story I wrote a narrative piece that connected the intergenerational story of Michael Jordan, Brixton Topcats and visual artist Dreph, by linking the cultural impact of the Jordan Brand to Dreph experience of the brand in each era and how that influenced his artistry.
