a bold reminder to the creative industry.

It’s Still Tokenism is an independent film campaign.

This idea is aimed at the ad industry and the challenges surrounding tokenism in relation to black creatives.

Black talent makes up only 4% of ad industry and 1% at C-Suite level. However 32% of that number are leaving the industry due to a myriad reasons, with the overarching theme being rooted in tokenistic practices and behaviours.

We wanted to address the high attrition number and the behaviours that have created feelings of exclusion in this sharp, compelling multi channel campaign.
