Black Minds Matter is an independent film led campaign that aims to destigmatise mental health in the black community. 

While we continue to promote self care and mental wellbeing, Black British people despite having a higher prevalence for mental health conditions such depression, anxiety and PTSD, have the lowest treatment rate of any group at 6%.

In short, that needs to change.
